I’ve applied for a SIM card, but I haven't received a confirmation email yet.
We do not send a confirmation email after the application is submitted.
If the application has been completed successfully, the pickup location and date/time will be displayed on the SIM page.Will the service be activated instantly once the SIM card is inserted?
After inserting the SIM card into an unlocked smartphone, turn "Roaming On" and wait a few minutes for the service to activate.

Please check the following:
• Is "Roaming On" enabled?
• Are you using a SIM-unlocked device?
• Has the SIM been cleaned of any dirt or debris and inserted level and correctly?Do I have to have a wifi connection when doing the settings?
Settings can be made without being connected to wifi.
When will the QR code for the SIM card appear in the app?
After registering on the WAmazing app, please go to the "SIM Card" page to apply. You will need to provide your arrival and departure dates, times, and airport details. Once your application is submitted, a QR code will be automatically generated after 4 hours. Upon arrival at the airport in Japan, please use this QR code to collect your SIM card from the WAmazing vending machine.
How do I reset the APN settings?
No APN setup is required. After inserting the SIM into an unlocked smartphone, turn "Roaming On" and wait a few minutes for the service to activate.
