As points are not redeemable for cash, the remainder cannot be paid for at the facility. Additional points can be purchased. However, please note that points cannot be combined or partially added.

5. Select SHIBUYA SKY and tap “Go to Menu”
6. Select an admission ticket and tap “Use Points”
7. Select the date, time slot, and amount of points, then tap “Confirm”
8. Check the details of your reservation and tap “Confirm”

4. Select SHIBUYA SKY
5. Confirm details and tap “Issue a ticket” * Cannot be used before or after the selected date and time.
6. Navigate to the staff confirmation screen and show it to the staff at the counter
7. The ticket will be issued after the counter staff confirms the reservation details

When you purchase an additional SHIBUYA PASS, you can combine it with a previously purchased SHIBUYA PASS as long as it is still within its validity period. The validity period for each pass is determined based on the date of purchase.
Example:
• SHIBUYA PASS (20 points) purchased on January 1 → Valid until January 30
• SHIBUYA PASS (20 points) purchased on January 10 → Valid until February 8Can I transfer purchased points to another person?
Points are non-transferable. Furthermore, points cannot be combined.
Can I pay for my points at the facility?
Payment must be made in advance by credit card.
Can children also use the points?
The SHIBUYA PASS does not distinguish between adults and children. Please note that this pass has been designed to be used by one person. Children may also use the SHIBUYA PASS with your acknowledgment.
