  • I received an e-mail from WAmazing, but I cannot read it because the characters are not displayed properly.

    We have received reports that on some devices and mobile carrier e-mail services (e.g., e-mail addresses ending in docomo.ne.jp) are unable to display e-mails from WAmazing correctly, resulting in garbled text.
    We recommend that you register as a member using Gmail or a different e-mail address other than the e-mail address provided by your mobile carrier.

    Please confirm all the information including the credit card number, expiry date, and security code is correct. Please contact the credit card company directly should the issue persists.

    Can I create multiple accounts?

    You can only make one account. Multiple accounts by the same person may be deleted.
