Currently, the pick-up service does not include transportation from the accommodation to the station, although it may be available depending on the accommodation. (Please contact the front desk upon check-in)
By when can I change the meeting place/time for the pick-up service?
The meeting place/time for the pick-up service can be changed until two days before the date of stay (17:30 JST) from your booking history on the website.
I have tattoos. Would it be possible to make a reservation?
You are able to make a reservation but it is recommended to reserve a private bath as you may not be able to use a public bath.

The pick-up service generally takes you to the accommodation by car from its nearest train station or bus stop. Please check each accommodation for the details of the pick-up service. Please note that the service is not available for all accommodation.
How can I reserve a private bath?
WAmazing provides an online booking service for the private/family bath at each accommodation.
Please contact WAmazing Customer Service if you wish to use the service. (Please provide the date/time you would like to use the bath, and the booking ID if you have already booked your accommodation.)

Payments are made in Japanese Yen, however, the amount will be paid to the credit card company in your local currency.
When should I make the payment?
There are two options for your payment. 1) Pay Immediately: You will make the payment by a credit card upon booking the accommodation. 2) Pay Later: You will make the payment by a credit card by the payment deadline. The option to pay later is not available for all deals. Please check the details of each deal.
What are the details of my total amount?
The total amount includes accommodation fee (+ meals) and sales tax. Bathing tax may also be required depending on the area of your stay (about several hundred yen, pay on-site). Additional meals will also be charged on-site.

Can I make changes to my booking?
You cannot make changes to your booking, including the date(s) of your stay, check-in time/name, and meals. You will need to cancel and book again. (Please see the cancellation policy. We cannot guarantee the availability at the time of re-booking.)
How can I cancel my reservation?
Please find your booking from the top right of the website, and select cancel. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email.
