Where can I check my voucher?
There are no vouchers required. Please present the details of your reservation or the confirmation email to the activity operator on the day of the activity.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments can only be made online. Visa, MasterCard, JCB and AMEX can be used.
Wechatpay users will also be able to use wechatpay.
I cannot select my desired date. Why?
The booking deadline and available dates vary depending on the activity. Please check the details of each activity.
Can I pay after my arrival in Japan?
Payments can only be made in advance by a credit card. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Is it possible to add or cancel options while a reservation is being arranged or after it has been confirmed?
No options cannot be added or canceled while a reservation is being arranged or after it has been confirmed. Please cancel the reservation from your reservation history and rebook the same product with the options you want.
Is it possible to change the date and time of a reservation while it is being arranged or after it has been confirmed?
Once a reservation has been arranged or confirmed, the date and time of use cannot be changed. Please cancel the reservation from your reservation history and rebook the same product with the date you want to book.
Is it possible to change the number of guests while the reservation is being arranged or after the reservation is confirmed?
The number of guests cannot be changed while the reservation is being arranged or after the reservation is confirmed. Please cancel the reservation from your reservation history and rebook the same product with the number of guests you want to book.

Can I cancel a reserved activity?
Go to the reservation details screen on Reservation History, and you will see a Cancel button. Please click the Cancel button and follow the instructions on the screen to cancel.
